Terms of Service
Last updated 28 September 2026
These terms govern your use of www.monstawash.my and set out the general basis on which Monsta Wash Sdn. Bhd. (“MonstaWash”, “we”, “us”) works with property owners, management bodies and operators. Any actual project — a feasibility study, an installation, a facility management or a profit-sharing arrangement — is governed by the signed proposal or agreement for that site, which prevails if it differs from anything on this page.
1. Using this website
You may browse this website and use its forms for their intended purpose: learning about our services and asking us to assess a property. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access parts of it that are not public, submit false enquiries, or copy our content or images for commercial use without written permission.
2. Enquiries, surveys and proposals
- Submitting the enquiry form, or booking a site consultation, does not create a contract. It asks us to look at your property and come back to you.
- A complimentary on-site spatial survey and the resulting feasibility study or 3D layout are provided so you can decide. They remain our working documents until an agreement is signed.
- Figures such as machine counts, footprint, turnaround times and projected collections are planning estimates based on the information you give us and on site conditions at the time of the survey. They are confirmed in the proposal for your site.
- Proposals are open for the period stated in them. After that, machine availability, pricing and lead times may change.
3. Working models
We normally propose one of the following, with the commercial detail set out per site:
| Model | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Zero-CAPEX turnkey | MonstaWash funds, supplies, installs and commissions the facility, and operates and maintains it. The property provides the space and utilities; commercial terms (rental to the property or a revenue share) are agreed in writing. |
| Space rental | The property lets the space to MonstaWash for a fixed monthly sum and stays otherwise uninvolved in daily operations. |
| Profit sharing | Both sides share the facility’s collections on the agreed ratio, with reporting from our cashless system. |
Whatever the model, the facility, the machines and the operating system remain MonstaWash property unless the agreement says otherwise.
4. How a facility runs
- Facilities are cashless: payment is taken through DuitNow QR and supported e-wallets at the machine or terminal.
- Machines are connected to our 24/7 cloud telemetry, which alerts our team to faults, and every machine carries a QR code for support.
- We carry out scheduled preventive servicing and attend to reported faults under our warranty and maintenance policy (see the M&E Warranty Policy for what is covered).
- Facility opening hours, house rules and any subsidised rates for residents are agreed with the property and posted at the site.
5. What the property is responsible for
- Providing the agreed space, clear and accessible, with the utilities the installation requires (power capacity, water supply, drainage and ventilation routes as specified in the survey).
- Obtaining any internal approvals needed from owners, committees or management bodies for the works.
- Telling us promptly about anything that affects the installation or the facility — building works, power interruptions, water supply problems, damage or attempted theft.
- Giving our technicians safe and reasonable access during agreed service windows.
- Making sure the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to deal with the property.
6. Payments and collections
Cashless collections are processed by our payment partners. Where a revenue share applies, the reconciliation basis and payment cycle are stated in the agreement, and reports come from the same system that collects the payments. Utility costs are handled as agreed per site.
7. Intellectual property
The MonstaWash and Suci Wash names, logos, site content, layouts and drawings on this website belong to us. Machine and equipment brand names belong to their manufacturers and are used to describe the equipment we supply and support. Nothing on this website grants a licence to use any of it beyond normal browsing.
8. Links and third-party content
This website may link to third-party services such as map providers, messaging apps and payment platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply when you use them.
9. Liability
We keep the information on this website as accurate as we can, but it is general information and not a promise about any specific site. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our liability in connection with any project is limited to what the signed agreement for that project provides. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Ending an arrangement
Either party may end an arrangement in the circumstances set out in the signed agreement, including material breach that is not remedied, or a site that becomes unsafe or unsuitable to operate. On termination we remove our equipment, reconcile collections up to the handover date, and settle any outstanding amounts.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as our services change. The version on this page is the current one and the “last updated” date at the top shows when it changed. For an existing project, the signed agreement continues to govern unless both sides agree to change it.
